Senior Proyect Manager, Constructores Gilmar, University Laboratories construction

Proyect Manager in the construction of three building of laboratories and professors offices to the government university of Puerto Rico. My dustier required in this project is being the manager,scheduler,cost control, along subcontractors coordination. Is a project of 12 millions to be built in 24 months. Previous works have being from the fast food industry to the largest aerial transway in PR. Being doppermay the supplier Being humble I began just listening to the foremen of the projects to be a manager of various projects as well of engineers and architects. The duties I have performed range from take off, bidding process, project management, project closing. During the way of the diverse projects I have deal with claim, court cases, and scheduling on a day by day basis.
