• Review weightings; develop project measurement and monitoring system for EPCM project phases • Set up data base for monitoring weekly / monthly progress for EPCM phases. • Develop project S-curves to control and reconcile project plan and actual project progress. Also assist in risk analysis and control. • Appraise project progress status and highlight bottle-necks / critical areas. • Analyse the control baseline (S-curve) with actual project progress and stipulate areas of behind schedule and also assist to propose measures to the project manager for correction. • Prepare specific detailed schedules to support various phase of the project and propose corrective actions to meet reference schedule. • Review monthly the forecast to complete any deviation from baseline, effect of corrective measures taken by the PM. • Interface with lead engineers to ensure most efficient methodologies are used on work progress measurement for control. • Review of engineering / procurement man hours and construction level of effort in measure productivity efficiency with actual work progress. • Monitor and ensure progress measurement is properly applied and information flow is correct and complete. Maintain, update all schedule, collecting actual data, evaluating dates to completion and project delay by effectively monitoring of actual progress and productivity compared with the schedule baseline
