¨ Updating Project Progress in P6, and preparing look-ahead plans.

¨ Attending the Coordination Meetings with Clients and internal meetings.

Job Responsibilities:
¨ Preparing actual bill of quantities from studying project’s drawings like plan, isometric, key plan.
¨ Planning time & resources, scheduling the activities, updating actual progress.
¨ Preparing daily progress report, weekly progress report, monthly billing, hydro testing diagrams, joints mapping.
¨ Analyzing construction factors, such as labor, materials, special machinery requirements and site location.
¨ Performing site visits and gathering necessary information such as site accessibility, availability of utility services and reporting to the concerned person.
¨ Preparation of overall project quantities.
¨ Attending weekly/Monthly progress review meeting.
¨ Monitoring the daily work activities of Sub Contractor and updating Sub Contractor Progress Reports.

Job Responsibilities:
Project 1:
¨ Preparing bill of quantities from studying project’s drawings like plan, isometric, key plan, spool erection drawings, P&ID, flow diagram drawings and designs.
¨ Studying scope of works, Project specifications and Material specifications.
¨ Preparing daily progress report, weekly progress report, monthly billing, hydro testing diagrams, Pipe spool erection drawings, joints mapping, material requisition.
¨ Analyzing construction factors, such as labor, materials, special machinery requirements and site location.

¨ Studying scope of works, Project specifications and Material specifications for Vessels, Tanks,Structures of Sugar plants,Power Plants etc.
¨ Developing accurate and clear cost estimates based on project data.(Estimate man hours,Tools and Tackles ,Equipments,etc required for completing the project.)
¨ Preparing process plan, raw material cutting diagram etc for each project.
¨ Executing the project as per the specification and QAP.
¨ Carrying stage wise inspection and preparing relevant documents for the project.
¨ Preparing daily progress report, weekly progress report, monthly billing,material requisition.
¨ Monitoring daily progress and reporting the same to Project manager.
¨ Preparing Material Consumption Statement.
¨ Preparing a cost summary for the entire project, this includes the cost of materials, equipments, labor and any other costs affecting the project.
¨ Monitoring and storing costs through the use of computers to improve the accuracy of future estimation
