- Identify, analyse and evaluate critical activities (critical path analysis, baseline variations)
- regularly reporting to the project leader and the customer
- Induction and tracking the actual hours(on role basis) for the ressource-planing
- Adapt and updating the budgeted hours for the progress
- Observing material from delivery to the site
