■ Just after 9 month from my joining as Site Engineer the company post me Planning Engineer for a project worth of $ 120 Million and responsible for both Project planning and Quantity survey with Double INCREMENT.

■ Responsible for Overall Saudi Operation Project Planning, Progress report and Schedule preparation.

MAJOR ROLE WITH VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
■ Design and Engineering Department
Ø Providing Design & Engineering schedule from overall project planned schedule then obtain progress, delay reasons and progress updated in the overall schedule and circulated among the stockholders.
Ø Responsible for providing priority for key Grid/Zone/Floor/regions in project and track till receipt of fabrication and engineering drawing to workshop and project.
Procurement and Fabrication Department
Ø Responsible for providing schedule and even micro level fabrication prioritizing activities and tracking of materials till receipt to project.
Ø Procurement prioritizing for onsite project immediate requirement Utilities and follow up till its receipt.
■ Site Project Execution Department
Ø Providing site team with the required look ahead schedule for 2 weeks and month to follow, in order to meet the project schedule and planned progress milestones.
Ø Conduct and coordinate progress meetings and with client, main contractor, consultant, subcontractor and my project team. Highlight various critical issues and deriving solutions in order to resolve it well before it impacts the overall project progress.
Ø Responsible for creating various reports (Crane timing & day work sheet) and guiding site execution team to follow and update the summarized reports.
Ø Intimating various work order changes and its importance to carry, record those activities carried with respect to the utilized resource for accomplishing that activity.
■ Commercial Department
Ø Responsible for Project Scope Change notify initially and providing summary of work activity carried onsite with respect to that Variation to Contact activity with enough document towards reimbursing.
Ø Progress activity carried on project (from Design & Engineering to Site Handing over activity) monthly will be summarized and VOWD (value of work done) will be provided with invoice amount for further certification to be submitted to contractor and follow till it get certified by contractor.
