I/E Planning Specialist for Grangemouth KG ethylene cracker
Lead Maintenance Specialist for a team of 4 I/E maintenance specialists.
KEY ACTIVITIES
• Key member of the project team who defined working parameters / criteria for the Maintenance workflow and WCS processes prior to implementation.
• Overall responsibility for introducing WCS pilot on KG, including training of end users on use of the process. Conducted a review of the maintenance co-ordination process after 3 months to refine the existing process and improve effectiveness.
• Asset custodian of time based maintenance routines carried out by I/E, Analyser, Operators, Fiscal Metering contractors. Conducts regular reviews on compliance of routines and issues corrective action plans to ensure compliance
• Member of Safe Systems of Work multidiscipline team , supported in the role of Control of Work and Maintenance Workflow adviser, which resulted in the trialling of the 2 stage permit build on site.
• Provision of both 1:1 and team coaching to develop staff and ensure that the maintenance workflow process is utilised and used as efficiently as intended.
