· Directing kick of meeting for many projects

· Tracking engineering documents completion based on predefined steps such as: IFI, IFA and AFC.
· Vendor selection, cooperating with procurement department based on related document such as: TBE, CBE, etc.
· Monitoring the following steps for any equipment or material:

· Estimation of construction works based on BOM, BOQ &MTO.
· Finalizing interface matrix, cooperating with engineering department & site management
· Finalizing commissioning systems, cooperating with commissioning team.
· Finalizing drilling program cooperating with upstream study department
· Project charter development
· Contract documents completion
· PMS (Progress Measurement System) development
· WBS creation based on project scope statement
· Project schedule development
· Issuance project management procedures such as coordination procedure, planning procedure, corresponding procedure, etc.
· Determining project budget based on estimations.
· Controlling the project cost via EVM
· Monitoring and controlling project performance versus project plan
· Preparing different project performance report
· Presenting preventive actions and corrective action to modify project deviations
