October, 2012 I am currently working on an EPCM project in Western Australia.
Which involves the delivery of a residential sub-division, Central Facilities Building, 300 Person 3 Storey FIFO Accommodation, Waste Water Treatment Plant and Associated Conveyance; along with a major upgrade on the towns exsiting facilities.
The Project has a value of $500,000,000.
My Main duties are production and management of the master schedule, which involves Design, engineering and implementation, monitoring an maintenance of the contractor schedules, identifying risk, analysing delays and potential claims and any associated mitigation works.
