Currently working with Arabian Industries LLC., Oman as Sr. Planning & Cost control Engineerfor ZADCO Abu-Dhabi project, Al-NOOR Oman Project, Possessing valuable insights, keen analysis and team approach to implement best practices used in organizing and leading Production and Project management related business, adept at working in high pressure environments with strict deadlines and multiple deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing project for oil & gas, petrochemical processing equipments, Process skids & modules, Process piping Operation & Maintenance contracts & services
- Responsible for preparing production planning schedule using Primavera (P-6) module, Earned value/ performance reports, Creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and development of schedules
- Involved in devising of Budget break down activity, bar chart, gent chart, routing sheet, progress report weekly/ monthly
- ManagingProduction and planning control activities including man power allocation, Material management, Vendor development.
- Responsible for preparing project/production performance reports, earned value report, S-curve and Budget break down activities including productivity
- Responsible for Capital investment / capacity improvement of Plant based on approved budget.
- Responsible for conducting Delay analysis due to client change order or vendor performance and protecting company interest.
- Managing Production control including man power allocation per histogram, out sourcing, sub contracting, Material management, Vendor development.
