Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in reviewing project communications and identifying key issues requiring action/response. Prepare and review with Project Manager routine stewardship project report, assist Project Management in developing/reviewing cost and schedule corrective action and recovery plans, raise flags, take recovery actions and follow up when adverse progress trends are identified, and making sure plans are implemented. Review the Contractor schedule for usefulness, logic, level of detail, analyze schedule variances against baselines, input resources, timing, and consistency with the Current Estimate, WBS, and PEP. Track committed and actual, reconcile actual with estimated cost, develop cost forecast. Collating and updating deliverable progress in In-Control weekly, liaising with the Cost Controller and Scheduler to provide a weekly analysis of project status, and ensuring change orders are raised correctly in In-Control, agreed with the Client and documented in accordance with the project requirements.
