1- Develop and update project schedule to ensure project performance optimization
2- Regularly flag issues of concern and raise alert reports to keep Management informed of problems, issues and required corrective actions.
3- Ensure contractors provide resource loaded schedules at agreed intervals to secure constructionprogress on time and within budget
4- Support the integration of project and contract management systems into the day-to-day business operation.
5- Provide contracta dministration support in the areas of scope of works, tender/contract preparation and correspondence.
6- Perform project progress monitoring duties, identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts based on progress achieved to-date
