- Planning Engineer on project planning, scheduling and controlling with involvement in
project management and progress monitoring in generating project schedule
- Establish level of schedule/ work break down structure according to the company
standard, contract and technical specifications.
- Managed system configuration and its documentation, to make sure planning and
execution is efficient.
- Cooperate with other discipline to get the actual report (weekly) and info related update
activity schedule and constraint.
- Delivered regular (weekly/ monthly) Progress Report, Curves, updated Main Construction
Schedule, Resources logs, critical path analysis to management.
- Assist Project Manager Project Recovery Plan to meet contract and requirement and
monitor the effect of corrective action that has been taken.
- Tracked project deliveries using project management tools.
- Maintained the schedule per PM confirmation and give report/advised for any delay
possibility.
- Coordinate with MC and Commissioning team to update schedule for project
Commissioning
- Prepare Schedule, Actual Report and Run down curve /S curve for Commissioning stage
- Monitor and analysis the activity and progress commissioning stage and report for the
effect to project delivery.
