Ø Engineering personnel with ample experience in Cost Estimation, Proposal and strong knowledge in Project Management, Project Planning & Scheduling, Construction/Operations, Subcontract Management, Engineering, Procurement etc.
ØPreparing enquiries to receive quotations for the materials, services, subcontract works, specific to project needs, for estimation, if required.
Ø Identification and recording of the assumptions / exceptions / deviations made for the preparation of estimates.
Ø Preparation of Cost Estimates and Techno-commercial Proposals in line with tender requirements.
Ø Preparation of tender resumes for Management’s review prior to bid submission
ØExperience in developing project baseline scope of works and developing their project management plan
ØReview Technical and commercial documents and develop Engineering solutions as per client specifications.
ØAttend kick off meetings at client locations and review and finalize the scope of the project. Manage the variations in the projects (Technical and Commercial)
ØEvaluate the data sheets and other technical specifications of vendor supplied products.
ØEnsuring the schedules and systems are integrated to measure, trend, and forecast the work, and are in place and managed.
Ø Contributing to the change management process, analyzing and reporting schedule and cost impacts to the pro-jects.
Ø Responsible for the Project controls team when required on a project.
Ø Updating the proposal schedule to indicate specific milestones agreed upon in the Contract
Ø Identifying special project cost instructions and incorporate them into the project cost report system
Ø Assisting with obtaining engineering scheduling alignment with key procurement and construction activities.
Ø Ensuring that Corporate Systems are set up and maintained in line with project schedules and changes
Ø Assisting with development of DCNs by highlighting impact on schedule, and assist with related tracking and re-base lining effort.
Ø Assembling, analyzing, and projecting of project progress, costs, and manhours including planned, actual,
and forecast figures.
Ø Periodically reporting progress and cost trends and propose action plans for remediation.
ØPreparation of Overall project execution plan and follow up with supporting departments to stick to the overall plan.
ØMaintaining a detailed project status report and to be submitted to clients on a periodic basis.
ØCo-ordination with cross functional departments in ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
ØEvaluating requirements and identify resources for execution of projects
ØProject co-ordination & interface with clients and vendors.
ØExperienced in Project Planning & Scheduling using Primevera
