- Project planning and development using Primavera 5.0 for reporting physical progress and resource administration activities.
- To Prepare FIDIC Clause 8.3 project baseline program.
- To assign resources to construction schedule and updating the same weekly and monthly. And prepare progress S curve.
- To identify and suggest the additional dependencies, requirements, risks, opportunities, assumptions and constraints with the project variances incurred at the monitoring phase.
- Reviewing schedules and monitoring progress of Work through preparation of project management plan, request changes, project management information system and deliverables
- To review monthly budget and report to management information system.
