- Implementation of a Cost Control Office.

- Created a procedure to ask for funds in case of company has an escrow. 

- Calculation of rate of equipment for renting to construction unit. 

- Negotiation of the cost equipment with partner projects

Result:Made profit for the first time for the BU.
