- Check the accuracy of drawings and quantities of materials.
- Setting out, level and survey the site.
- Supplier liaison.
- Oversee the selection, requisition and costs of materials to be used in construction.
- Procure all materials and equipments to be used for the duration of the project.
- Supervise Sub-contractors and monitor the progress of construction.
