w Job Responsibilities:
v Preparation of Clause 14 Baseline Program for project at the tendering stage as per the scope of work in Primavera 6.
v Coordinate between client & consultants for various issues at site regarding work progress & for issues impacting activities on the critical path.
v Complete resource planning including labour & non labour (Machinery) as per project scope using productivity norms.
v Review & analysis of Contract documents for each Construction Package and advice the Projects Manager of any planning deficiencies from scheduling point of view.
v Scheduling programs and updating on weekly and monthly basis.
v Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports including demonstration of project progress through presentations to both client and the top management.
v Conducting Management & Progress meetings both in head office and at site and highlighting critical issues.
v Updating and alerting project managers on delays and suggesting ways to expedite progress and catch up delays.
v Cost loading and monitoring the cash flow & project progress.
v Coordination with Local Authorities for work inspections and approvals, with additional responsibilities as conflict resolution agent between Project Management Company and Consultant Team.
v Preparation of various formats for effective project management & site progress reporting.
v Coordination with nominated consultants for various submittals and approvals.
v Preparation of detail documents for extension of time (EOT) for the project.
v Preparation and submission of Progress Reports/Charts through Project Management Software – Primavera6 and submitting to project managers.
