- Plan, control and follow up the implementation of the Project.
- Planning and scheduling various site activities to ensure completion of the project.
- Escalating any major issues immediately.
- Managing the complete range of project activities right from conceptualization, resource mobilization and manpower deployment
- Coordination in network layouts and managing the installation, testing and commissioning of telecom systems & devices.
- Practicing quality standards, identifying areas of quality failures with key emphasis on improving quality by taking necessary action to rectify the system.
- Project coordination with Project Coordinators’ & vendor management in telecomm & take responsibility of the project.
- Implementing and follow ISO procedures in continuous improvement of service as per the feedbacks.
- Maintaining of Installation & Service reports related to Service Department.
- Co-ordinationwith purchase in material procurements.
- Solicitedfeedback from service engineers and customers to develop designs of the highest quality and cost effectiveness.
- Maintainingand updating all engineering records up to date
