Estimating - Developing drilling and testing estimates in liaison with Well Engineering Team
Cost and Progress Reporting - Cost tracking on day to day basis. Deliverables being Daily, Weekly and Cost Reports.
Cost Control - Monitoring actual spends against Purchase Orders/ Call Off Orders and warning Supply Chain and Management where there is a likely overspend.
Maintaining Chart of Accounts - Maintaining Company Chart of Accounts and ensuring Invoices, POs, Requisitions etc are coded appropriately to ensure cost is allocated to the collect cost centres
Planning and Scheduling - Assisting the Planning and Scheduling Manager to gather details going into the Drilling and Seismic Programmes
