1. Preparation of detailed programme

2. Programmes monitoring and updates

3. Cost monitoring and controls updates (productivity, manning levels, etc.)

4. Preparations of planning and cost reports

5. Conduct periodic forecast programmes workshops

6. Attend coordination meetings
