- Create & Update Installation Curves using standard unit rates.
- Initiate & monitor manpower histograms & resources distribution by craft.
- Monitor & analyze schedule performance, problems & opportunities for improvement.
- Track actual quantities, manpower & progress percentages against targets.
- Evaluate subcontractors’ physical progress & quantity reporting.
- Develop weekly & monthly progress reports & previews.
- Attend progress review meetings & coordinate with key personnel.
- Define project criticality & highlight areas of concern.
- Preparation of the company weekly report for the client and for the main office located in Houston, Texas, USA.
- Actively participate in the company monthly previews presented for the project director.
- Focusing on quantity achieved on weekly and monthly basis and observes company milestones.
- Initiate numerous schedules as required to support construction, pre-commissioning and close out phases i.e. replacing jetty firewater system; refrigerant compressors mechanical runs schedule, plant shutdown schedule, demobilization schedule…etc.
