Responsibilities & Duties
- Define the Scope of work, prioritize, plan, schedule and coordinate Maintenance activities for all production facilities and Equipments such as (Boilers, Diesel Power Plants Generators, Pumps, Surge Vessels, Instrument Air Systems, Heat Exchangers, Tank farms, distillation columns, Etc...) to ensure continued functional efficiency and reliability of all facilities.
- Undertakes the monitoring and reporting of all operations and safety related activities whilst highlighting variances to plan and potential revision requirements.
- Responsible of Work Order(WO) preparation prioritizing, estimating in term of cost and time, scheduling and following the completion with the supervisors, conforming the satisfactory from end user Operation, then closing the work orders.
- Interact closely with the Multidisciplinary Area Teams to ensure smooth operation and Maintenance done compliance with company standard and procedures.
- Request and co-ordinate external material and services, andAssists the Maintenance Superintendent, and participates in the ongoing development, of comprehensive planning and material control procedures and implementations.
- Co-ordinate Shutdown scope compilation based on the approved long-term activities plan. Reschedules work plans as required, particularly in the event of unplanned interruptions and delays in activities.
