Using Artemis Project View our project scheduling tool we build work activities and resource load and use histograms to levelize the projects and logic to manage daily and refueling activities and all projects. This tool allows us to manage such projects as; Turbine generator rebuilds and refueling the reactor to on-line maintenance.activities, loaded with durations, man-hours, Health Physics, scaffolding, rigging, insulation, etc and any other support activities that will help each project complete successfully.
Gantt Charts are build by using another scheduling tool called Real Time, Granada and Knowledge Relay IV3. Our data is imported and the 'picture' is built to customer requests. Logic ties are tracked and critical path is monitored and progressed until the completion of each project.
