· Preparation, Monitoring & Control of master plan in L1 & L2 levels and further developing to L3& L4 level.
· Planning and co-ordination of activities, such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Piping. Preparing plan for execution of work based on the master construction schedule along with materials dispatch schedule.
· Preparation & release of work orders / purchase orders through Oracle ERP at various stages of project and controlling till commercial (invoicing) closure.
· Monitoring and Control of Budget through Oracle ERP.
· Coordination and follow-up with client, consultant for approval of engineering drawings and commercial documents.
· Co-ordination within HO team and site team for monitoring & closure various project related issues.
· Monitoring of Procurement activities from ordering till timely delivery & related coordination.
· Preparation of claim statement and related activities such as project learning documentation & delay analysis.
· Preparing and reporting weekly and monthly progress reports based on the master construction schedule and actual work done.
· Preparation of schedules at proposal stage.
