· Effective Planning & Monitoring to achieve Engineering, Procurement & Construction progress for the Project using PRIMAVERA. & MS Office.
· Establishing the schedule, which includes detailed schedule, work plan, critical activities, milestone dates, generate progress S-Curve, rolling program etc.
· Analyzing critical path and forecasting potential problems & mapping of working process & process improvement of the project.
· Closely analyzing the status of the project to implement the new strategies for betterment of Organization’s Operations.
· Preparation of Monthly progress report, Weekly reports and any other reports as and when required.
· Structured weekly meeting, highlighting critical issues & action reports (Internal & External)
· Highlight any critical activity needs particular attention and discuss with project team to identify mitigating measures.
· Coordinating with project members, Clients, Consultants & Procurement Team
· Preparation & updating Budget wise cost sheet in consultation with Finance & PMG.
· Responsible for all Project Controls and support to the management for the co-ordination and development of Project.
