Direct Project Execution & Site Management:
· Prepare & Organize the resources required to complete the Project as per the Scope and progress committed in PO & attached Bar chart.
· Ensure the mobilized team and machinery was competitive to engage them in the project.
· Daily planning and organizing the site activities in accordance with Erection schedule / bar chart submitted to client.
· Played active part in Basic surveying of land & marking layout before initiating civil works of plant footings.
· Follow the correct procedure of work and ensure all items fabricated/ erected as per drawings provided and undergo modification after getting clearance from client and consultants.
· After completion of tasks, work is inspected/ checked by physical measurement, Ultrasonic & Radiography tests, Dye penetrant test and Hydro-tests.
· Follow manpower safety and procedure during site work with Proper utilization of site resources.
· Timely completion of projects within budgeted expenditure and safety with good workmanship.
· Timely correspondence of site progress and changes to Client and Project Manager.
· Take plant trails and commissioning as per manuals or procedure and make record of tests conducted.
Identify and closure of all Non Conformities raised by consultant/ client and handover the plant to client.
