- Preparation of S-Curve for different Project.
- Cost Control & Cost Analysis
- Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work, and highlight action to meet the schedule, if delayed
- Delay analysis for the different Project on the basis of SPI and Current Back Log.
- Preparation of MIS Reports for the Top Management on Weekly & Monthly basis.
- Gathering and summarizing data to support orders, schedule forecasting for projects and for overall business team.
- Coordination between Site & Clients Planning Department.
- Preparation of Work Package units for critical Areas.
- Preparation and Coordination with site Team for Catch Up Program.
