- Oversee overall site construction operation, Promote team work among site staff and supervisory level.
- Review Work Schedule and manpower histogram.
- Keep track of progress accomplishment, monitor procurement schedule.
- Oversee the documentation record and issue arising from all stakeholders. And initiate site remedial step and report to top management the negative and positive impact. And implement the instruction of top management.
- Oversee for work schedule slippage and variance input for effective monitoring.
- Oversee Red lines and Claims that will arise in various changes in the progress of work.
- Maintain good rapport with client and other stakeholders.
- Monitor legitimate claims base on red lines and submit to client for verification.
- Report to top management for the monthly review or for urgent meeting to tackle any issues that affects the progress of the project.
