January, 2011 - Lead Planning Engineer on a joint venture contract between two subsidiaries of Siemens AG (Siemens VAI Metals Technologies India Pvt. Ltd and Siemens PLC Metals UK), an International Consortium Partner and an International Authorising Agency.
- Created and implemented an in depth level 4 schedule for use on a 120 day shutdown over a 5 month period based on site in liaison with the client, the international consortium partner, contracting companies, construction companies, area specialists and the HSE.
- Lead a planning of 5 during the creation and implementation of the overall shutdown schedule incorporating the integration of separate work packages.
- Lead daily morning meetings to discuss previous shift progress, expected daily targets, toolbox talks, health and safety updates and critical path acceleration targets and overall site related problems.
- Reported progress to the client and their International Authorising Agency on a weekly basis providing information in report and presentation format including work done to date, expected completion dates for outstanding work, earned value per plant area, critical path analysis and site problems hampering progress.
- Provided cases for attaining the relevant permits to work for jobs which required them.
