o  Utility and Off-Site Plant of Shiraz Third Ammonia & Urea Complex Project (EPC).

o  Power & Steam Generation Plant of Shiraz Third Ammonia & Urea Complex Project (EPC)

Duties in above projects included:

-        Preparing the list of project activities;

-        Resourceallocation and management;

-        Preparing the detailed multidisciplinary schedules - Primavera P6;

-        IssuingMonthly Project Progress Report;

-        Preparing cost andEarned Value Analysis (EVM) reports;

-        Drawing up claim reports & invoices;

-        Generating PSL cash flow narratives;

-        Team Leader on the IMS implementation task force.

o  BusinessDevelopment Focal Point

-        Preparing tender cash flow projections and planning forecasts;

-        Creating feasibility studies and Project Execution Plan for the BD department.
