Leading the office and team of site staff for Construction Supervision of unicef funded building projects in Distt. Muzaffarabad & Bagh AJK. Planning, management and supervision. Site selection and recommendation of scope of work for different light gauge and conventional building projects (including protection works i.e retaining walls etc), verification of contractor’s bills and dealing with progress review related meetings etc. Assessment of local hazards at site, coordination with geologists and assisting the RE regarding these issues. Coordination, visiting sites in order to remove the hurdles by providing technical solution to ensure the smooth flow of work.
