- Preparing daily & weekly reports;
- Preparing 3 weeks look ahead schedule;
- Debugging the QC reporting system and defining rules /standards for enhancing the documentation system required for gaining full electronic control over welding reports, resulting in easy & errorless and reliable invoicing in a very short time;
- Suggesting and implementing (in some cases) system changes resulting in cost reduction and increase in work efficiency along with appropriate backup documents and justification for convincing managers.
