Position           : Sr. PCS Engineer.

Responsibilities:

Planning & Control:

1.      Preparing & Updating the Baseline program, Monitoring actual progress onsite & preparing the Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports, Look-Ahead Schedules, Delay Analysis reports, Resource Allocation.

2.      Professional Analysis of Contractors’ Claims.

3.      Value Engineering Studies.

4.      Preparing Feasibility Studies, Investment Models, Cash In, Cash out Financial Gap Analysis.

5.      Preparing & Updating Project Budget and Cash Flow, Cost analysis, Cost control, Preparing and review variation orders, Preparing & review the contractors’ requisition.

6.      Apply Project control techniques Cost & Schedule performance versus plan and measuring Cost & Schedule variance.

7.      In Tender management phase, a high experience in Preparing, Coordination of tender documents, RFPs, Bid Opening, Management of contractors’ inquiries and response, Analy­sis of offers submitted by contractors, Issuing tender evaluation report and Preparing tender packages to Subcontractors.

8.      Owner representative during finishing phase of a head office.

9.      Quantity Survey.
