- Establishing Internal Mandate - Generating discipline wise Document Delivery Schedule (DDS) & get it signed off

- Established progress measurement of project. Prepare and update Engineering “S” Curves and create forecast, Activity list catch up plan
- Preparing invoice as per the payment milestones & follow up for payment.

- Prepare Periodic Project Progress report highlighting areas of Concerns ,variance, Lag analysis & productivity for higher level management
- Follow up with discipline engineer for release deliverables as per schedule.
