- Preparation of Construction Programme for various types of Water Treatment, Waste Water Treatment Projects on BOT basis.
- Preparation of Weekly/ Monthly work programmes.
- Preparation of Comprehensive Time Phased Budget thorough Schedule Planning and cost loading against each activity.
- Determine specific work progress on the project in detail and Capturing actual cost incurred on the project.
- Perform Variance Analysis on the resultant Earned Value Data to measure performance against the approved Project Baseline.
- Ensure the Project Team provides cost and progress inputs on regular basis.
- Input new construction contract commitments and changes to the existing commitments which include change orders, potential changes, contingency / risk and internal scope of work changes.
- Update physical progress and schedule information which includes remaining duration, cost and other information’s.
- Preparation of Earned Value Reports & Earned Value Management Performance Charts.
- Ensure single point of information is maintained on critical topics within the organization, identify / collate remedial actions for discussion.
- Identification of activities beyond contractual scope and initiation of timely, necessary action to raise claims.
