o Experience in Forensic Delay Analysis, preparation and recommendation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

o Review EPC Contractor’s planning and progress measurement for overall completion of project objectives. Designing and Proposing EPC reports formats & tools for engineering, procurement & construction phases.
o Proficient in Primavera advanced level (P3, P6 V6.0, V6.1, V8.2, and V8.3, 8.4, 15.1, 15.2 & 16.2), MS project, and pert master based risk analysis and Asta Power project.
o Fully familiar of recommended practices contained in AACE and PMI standard practices of cost engineering, estimating and planning & Scheduling engineering.
o Implement Earned Value Management performance measurement. Ensure effective performance analysis and forecasting practices; managing impact of change & trends.
o Ability to work well as an integral part of a large project team that includes the customer, Project/Portfolio Management team and EPC contractor.
