Responsible for all central planning functions. Also co-ordinating 10 field planners across the whole of England. Total value of procurement is £2.5bn. Reporting function includes updates to executive team and up to ministers. Supporting several of the procurements in writing and reviewing bid documentation, and analysing submitted tenders. Also assisting the Programme Manager in all programme management functions. Responsible for the master planning for the major workstreams within the central team and ensuring that delivery of the central processes were co-ordinated with the delivery of each of the schemes. |
