Responsibilities handling:
- Well versed Practical Experience in Primavera P6 with knowledge of Microsoft Project also.
. Adequate experience & knowledge of document flow between various discipline of engineering & their inter links/dependency.
. Scheduling of Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical & Instrumentation Activities with help of above experience in document flow system.
. PreparingS- Curve, forecast Curve & Progress Monitoring Sheet.
. Preparation of Monthly Progress Report (MPR) & Fortnight Report.
. Conducting meetings and preparing Minutes of Meeting.
. Follow up with each Department of Detail Engineering, Workshop, Purchase, Project & Site.
. Identifying the critical tasks & critical paths and bringing these activities to the attention of the Project Manager.
. Coordinating & Supporting Project Manager, RCM, Site In-Charge and Site Planning Engineer.
. Reviewing Daily Material Status Report as well as Manpower and Resources analysis.
. Reviewing of workshop status on daily basis.
. Reviewing Procurement Status & Planning Dispatch of various materials by directing Project Engineers
. Lead Documentation Controller in OCP/JESA project.
Deputation to Site: JPH U263, Office Cherifian des Phosphates, Jorf Lasfar, Morocco. (From 7th Apr ’12)
Deputation Purpose: To catch-up progress with planning, solve pending engineering issues (co-ordination role) & expedite billing approval.
Responsibilities handling:
- Act as Co-ordinator between engineering Head office & Jacobs Engineering SA
- Expediting Running billing in-line with project progress.
- Preparing & Presenting Monthly Report every month for Client Review
- Conducting Weekly meeting with Mechanical & Civil Subcontractor for progress review.
- Preparing Daily Plan & Submitting Daily report to Client
- Follow-up with Client for any pending issues that adversely affecting project schedule & progress.
