February, 2003 i) Updating the L2 Network programme with the help of Project management software’s (MS Project and Primavera project planner)
ii) Follow up the release of drawings and site possession as per the programme.
iii) Planning, assigning and monitoring the resources.
iv) Procurement of Major materials based on site request ,follow up and arrange the materials orders and follow up on time delievery to site
Other Responsibilities:
In addition to above, review and follow the contract agreement and coordinating with the site management for claiming extra items/escalation.
