Program Management Contractor’s Planner/Scheduler that oversees the Contractor’s project control functions which includes but not limited to:
- Development of the baseline Level 1 EPC schedule of the project.
- Alignment and Coordination with PMC Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management
- Review the Contractor’s schedule and provide comments on their execution plan in accordance to the Client’s desired milestone dates.
- Review and alignment of Contractor’s quantity, cost, and man-hour estimates with respect to their contract.
- Monitoring of Contractor’s construction progress.
- Monitoring of Contractor’s equipment and materials delivery.
- Provide weekly construction progress reports to the PMC Management.
- Attend weekly coordination meetings with PMC Management and Contractor
