Planner for Structural & Equipment Installation works in Refinery Gas De-Sulphurisation Project (RGDP). Consultant : FWI, Italy. Client : BAPCO
- Work with RGD project disciplines and ensure understanding of total project schedule needs
- Preparation of schedule updates weekly / monthly and look-ahead schedules.
- Preparation of Progress Daily / Weekly / Monthly Monitoring Reports for projects.
- Preparation of Physical Progress report by using Client Software.
- Supervise project schedule, manpower and quantity reporting
- Find out the work front and indicate the work area, quantity to Construction manager for execution.
- Supervise project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality
of schedule activities - Ensure the issue of monthly projects invoices are in accordance with projects overall percentage and contract payment terms
