Preparing Tender documentation (Request for Proposal, criteria for evaluation of bids, Contract document, General/Special conditions of contract) and evaluating bids for construction works. Coordinating and monitoring construction progress.
Project: RResidential building of cca. 2.000sqm (project cost approx. 2 million €) in Belgrade, Serbia. Commercial complex of cca. 45.000sqm in Belgrade, Serbia. The project consists of residential buildings and shopping centre. Cost of the project is approx. 19 million €.
