November, 2006 Schedule Controller :Prepare schedule for new projects in Northern Iraq and implementing it. Responsible for preparing Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports, take physical progress and update the P3 schedule, based on the progress prepare invoice sheet for the client and subcontractor, monitor productivity, EVMS, CPA, EVA, slippage of activities and reporting to the Project Manager. Prepare proposal schedules for the upcoming projects.Provide adequate training to nationals in Project Controls.
