My Job Responsibilities here includes:

• EPC Milestone Schedule Preparing and Monitoring
• EPC L1,L2,L3 schedule preparing, resource loading and monitoring
• Schedule preparing for the subcontractor, major  equipment delivery
• Loading the Contract Price Activity wise in the Schedule.
• Preparation and Generation of Progress Curves of the EPC Project and Devising the Method of progress Measurement as per Client Requirement.
• Productivity Analysis Report Preparation per System to see the Efficiency of the Project Area and Zone wise.
• Critical Path analysis for the overall EPC Project. Marking the Long leading Activities and suggesting the Corrective actions.
• Analysis of Subcontractor’s/vendor’s weekly and Monthly Reports. Giving our subcontractors/vendorstargets for construction on weekly and Monthly basis.
• Supervising Equipment deployment and Material Procurement Plan development by Planning Engineers.
• Preparation of Monthly Presentation/reportfor Client.
• Progress update for Monthly invoice and also identification of Extra works other then Contractual Scope.
• Preparation of Monthly Progress for  the Client.
• Preparation and maintaining the Budget in coordination with Cost Control Officers.
• Progress Verification for Engineering, Procurement & Construction with Client.
• Answering Contractual letters written by Client, Our Consortium partner ACCand Sub-Contractors.
• Conducting meeting with Our Site Construction Teams, Sub Contractors & Client to increase the productivityand resolve the issues.
• Preparing the Top Most critical items for the Project & Reporting them to the company top management.

Scope of work contains site works for Civil works, Mechanical works, Electrical works, I&C works  etc

My Job Responsibilities here includes:

• Preparation and approval of Level 4 baseline & Latest Forecast Plan (on Primavera Project planner).
• Preparation of man power mobilization plan for direct & in direct employees.
• Preparation of equipment mobilization plan.
• Preparation of material requirement plan.
• Preparation of internal budget for the project.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress Report for Client. The reports contains Updated Level 4 plan on Primavera, Actual Progress Report as per site conditions.
• Productivity and efficiency calculations on FWBS (Field work Break down structure) Basis.
• Progress S curves preparing
• Monthly report to the client preparing
• Coordination meeting with subcontractors
• Critical path analysis for the whole project
• Monitoring the engineering and material delivery schedule match with the site works

Scope of work contains site works for Civil works, Mechanical works, Electrical works, I&C works etc

My Job Responsibilities here includes:

• Preparing and monitoring the milestone schedule for the whole site works
• Preparing the L4 schedule for site works together with each discipline
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports for the client.
• Weekly meeting, monthly meeting preparing for internal and subcontractors
• Critical path analysis for the whole project
• Monitoring the engineering and material delivery schedule match with the site works
• Preparation of impact analysis report on weekly basis for any variation in the original scope of work.
