I have 12 years of work experience providing professional services in Project Controls; Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control, Progress Monitoring and Reporting system. My experience includes but not limited to: working with Consultants and Construction companies in diversified fields encompassing Oil and Gas, Hydro-Power & Dams, Airports, Pipelines, Buildings, Motorways, International Highways and Infrastructure works.
Presently I am working with CH2MHill International as Planning Specialist on SHAH Gas Development Program on civil packages “Early Works” & “Non Process Buildings”. Previously I was with Dar al Handasah (Shair & Partners) at Dubai World Central International Airport (Dubai-UAE). I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI Institute and have 12 years of experience in the construction field with international contractors & consultants working on mega projects which include 8 years in Gulf.
I hold degrees in Civil Engineering with Honours as well as Business Administration alongwith certification in Project Management. I have handled critical projects where I gained extensive project management experience on Planning, monitoring, cost control, contracts and claims. In this respect, I have been involved in following types of projects.
- Motorways & International Highways (Salwa International Highway – Qatar)
- Gas Field Development (Oil & Gas) (Various plants –Qatar & UAE)
- Hydro Power & Dams (Satpara Dam – Pakistan)
- Airport Construction (Dubai World Central International Airport – Dubai)
- Infrastructural, Site prep. & various Pipeline projects (Shah Gas Field –Abu Dhabi &Raslaffan-Qatar)

In addition, I have a sound knowledge & experience of Project Management Software "Primavera Project Planner". I have been trained by Oracle University. I have independently prepared (as a Contractor) and reviewed (as a Consultant) resource loaded baseline programs. I have been working on Primavera from last 11 years and have developed excellent skills in Activity sequencing, resource loading, Report generation and schedule analysis.
