Responsibility for development of initial systems and procedures during a significant growth phase of the company. Implementation of project controls system (Prolog) across the business. Providing training and documentation in support of system implementation. Cost control responsibility for financial management of various projects. Also responsible for programme preparation, cost forecasting, billing and invoice authorisation. Responsibility for developing programmes and resource planning for the northern region of the business. |
