Duties | - Developed planning and monitoring tools and strategies in our Hub which have been adapted as standard throughout the project.
- Planned, monitored and reported Supervisors and Contractors performance
- Planned and monitored workload of 46 Contractors, maintained balance workloads
- My role served as a bridge or channel between team members. This resulted in improved efficiency and performance
