- Preparing & updating Construction S-Curve for liquidation of Budgeted man-hours for Civil, Structural, Equipment erection, Piping fabrication & erection, insulation work and Steam tracing work.
- Preparation of daily and weekly reports for monitoring of planned forecasted and actual status.
- Indentifying the discipline wise constraints, put efforts to resolve the constraint
- Conducting regular review meetings with contracting firms to set targets record performance highlight delays and stress on corrective action required for recovery.
- Preparing flash reports with impact analysis for extra man hours involved in incorporating major revisions in drawings and specification.
- Prepare the Construction close out report. Assist in Technical PO close out by providing database. Assist in Technical Capitalization.
