Have Being an Executive Manager, I developed and put the Joy Box Breakdown Structure, planned the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters plans of the Joy Box business for the year 2009, designed and placed the evaluation and various administrative forms and managed the pre-production division.
I mainly supervised and managed the production, post-production and programming divisions as a production manager, as well as oversaw the technical (Electromechanical and IT) department. I had the responsibility to manage 2D and 3D cartoons and video games products and to develop multi-platform interactive media programs and applications. Supervised various types of technical projects like the Optical Motion Capture and real-time Face Expression (technically and programmatically). Planning and scheduling the daily operations with MS Project professional and publishing the tasks of the Work Breakdown Structure to the MS Enterprise Project Server from which employees can see and approve their timesheets and tasks.
