December, 1999 - Prepare schedules on Microsoft Projects for assigned projects including manpower loading, S-curves and project reporting on periodical basis as required by the project team/client
- Make regular site visits to assess project progress and sub-contractors work done.
- To liaise and coordinate with the Procurement, Production and Engineering departments on reports and provide advise on respective project status on all activities of the projects.
- Responsible for under invoicing and cost control for assigned projects.
- Coordinate and expedite all assigned projects due to delays and ensure the respective projects meet target dates and institute recovery plans on delays to schedule
- Projects involved including 3 Column Units (Butanol Project) for Union Carbide/Petronas JV, 3 Heat Exchanger Units (Butanol Project ) for Optimal Chemical, 1 unit of Sulfinol Reboiler Tubes for Malaysia LNG S/B, 1 unit of Jet A1 Drumming for Petronas Penapisan Melaka S/B, 5 units of Heat Exchanger Body for Shell Refinery, Port Dickson, 11 Units of Metallic Columns (Krupp Uhde Project) for Qatar Vinyl Company and 11 Units Vessels for Optimal Olefins Project.
